Counselling for Parents & Young People

Being a parent to a neurodivergent child or a child experiencing anxiety can often feel challenging, stressful, and isolating. We believe it is vitally important for parents and carers to look after their own mental health in order to be the best possible support for their child.

Our counselling team provides support for both parents and young people, including neurodivergent children and those struggling with a range of mental health difficulties. We are proud to offer a professional, compassionate counselling service delivered by qualified counsellors with extensive experience working with both adults and young people.

Our team supports individuals through a variety of issues, including grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. All counsellors are professionally trained and registered with their relevant professional governing bodies, and work using a client-centred approach. With experience across education, community, and private settings, our team has a strong understanding of the needs of parents, families, and neurodivergent young people.

If you would like more information about our counselling services, or would like to register your interest, please send us a message below. A member of our counselling team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time to talk and discuss how we can support you or your child.
