Explore Award

  • Qualification level: Entry Level 3 Award (RQF)
  • Learning basic skills in an artform
  • Open to anyone aged 25 and under

The Explore Award is the first regulated qualification of the Arts Awards. Mentees take part in at least two different art forms, research into a creators and arts organisation, create a new piece of artwork showing their creative process and then share with others.

Mentees can create artwork in any artform that interests them for their Explore Award. Here are a few possible examples:

Stop motion animation

Example 2

Creating games in Roblox Studio or models in Blender

Example 3

Character design
