I have loved gaming since I was small, starting off with of course the classics like Crash
Bandicoot, The Sims, Croc, Midtown Madness and much more! Some of my fondest
memories as a child are taking the Nintendo DS in turns with my siblings to play Nintendogs
or watching my sister create a family on The Sims 2 on the PlayStation.

Throughout the entirety of my life I have always found myself comforting others providing
warmth, trust and a non-judgemental ear to those who need it most. I would consider myself
to be an emotionally resilient person with a zest for life, if you have achieved something
you’re proud of I absolutely want to hear all about it- This is why I am so enthusiastic to be
working with MindJam!

My experience around SEN, Autism, ADHD and Mental health challenges is vast. I worked
previously as an general assistant within an educational setting- I shadowed an SEN
occupational therapist providing sensory sessions which empowered emotional regulation,
coping mechanisms and fun activities to boost cognitive ability, behavioural ability and
physical ability.

Having grown up surrounded by some of the best people I get to call my friends and family I
have a sound understanding of how being diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and Mental health
issues can really show up differently per individual and its important to always tailor to each
person. I also have extensive experience in supporting those with Chronic health conditions
and disabilities.

I pride myself upon being patient, balanced and resilient but most of all- always having fun! I
always want to make others feel welcome and comforted and able to create a safe space for
others to just be themselves!

My favourite genres are: Simulations, RPGs, FPS and Racing games! Gaming is a fantastic
outlet and is a great escape when everything is all just a bit much, it really has been a
life-line for myself and for those I love most. I would consider myself to be quite the
researcher and I have lost hours at a time researching game wiki deeply- ask me anything
about Stardew Valley and I will know it!

When I’m not playing games you can often find me spending time with my three year old cat,
Sid. She often is getting up to all sorts of trouble or snoozing in strange places. I love to craft
and I often have new projects on the go too!

I have been Enhanced DBS checked and I have completed my safeguarding training.
