I am a qualified games programmer and designer, previously working in the gaming industry at Rockstar Games, and continuing to program indie games and large-scale mods to this day. I’ve volunteered with creative development programs and the Scouts for many years, working with a wide range of children and adults with SEND, including ASD and PDA.

 I’ve recently contributed to a lot of projects in the technical and creative arts, including producing music albums, videography, stage productions, and game development. Collaboration has been a large part of my life, and I’m extremely passionate about seeing people and projects achieve their full potential. During this time, I discovered my passion for teaching and helping others develop new skills. From helping children to learn game development, to teaching SEN young people music and stage tech, working with MindJam feels like the perfect place for me.

 Of course, I am also an avid gamer and tech collector. From my NES, Commodore 64 and Atari 500, all the way to the Switch and modern-day VR, I love all things gaming and trying new (and old!) experiences. My favourite games at this time are Minecraft, The Elder Scrolls series, Sea of Thieves, Halo, Slime Rancher and Pokémon.

 Outside of gaming, I’m also writing for a large mod for Morrowind, writing rock music and a chiptune album on the NES, building PCs and arcade machines, and starting work on my first beetleweight combat robot.

 I am fully DBS checked and have accredited certificates in safeguarding training and counselling young people.
