Hello and welcome to my bio!

I am excited to be part of the MindJam team!
I have worked as an Events Manager organising theatre shows, extracurricular activities and after-school clubs for the local community. Across all of my previous roles from climbing instructor to children’s entertainer, I have worked with neurodivergent children and young adults adapting to their varying needs. I am fully DBS checked, up to date on safeguarding training and have received all the appropriate training for supporting children with autism, ADHD, PDA, mental health, stress, Anxiety and trauma.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Design for Theatre, Performance and Events. I am looking forward to sharing my skills in this area. These include but are not limited to editing software such as the adobe suite, digital art using Procreate and an array of mediums in traditional art.
I have also been a gamer for so many years! The first game I remember playing was Croc, secretly, on my brothers PS1 and it was the best! From there I progressed through the consoles and am currently enjoying PS5, PC and Switch.

As someone who struggled within the education system and has grown up around family members who have had severe mental health issues, I can empathise with others who are facing the same problems. After hearing about MindJam, I can honestly say, I was ecstatic about the idea and believe it will help so many children and young adults.
