Hi, my name is Harry, I am a recent graduate from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Computer Games Programming, working mainly with the Unity and Unreal game engines and I am a big believer in the power of games as a medium for people to connect with each other. I have previously worked for a doctor specialising in autism awareness and self-advocacy and learned many useful things from their seminars.

Having experienced growing up with Autism, Dyspraxia, Anxiety, and Depression I understand how hard it can feel sometimes, as well as how rewarding it can feel to talk to someone who really understands what you’re going through even if it takes a while to open up to others.
I am fully DBS checked and have completed training for Safeguarding, Data Protection, Online safety, Prevent duty, and Mental Health.

Gaming really helped me through a very lonely childhood and helped me meet many lifelong friends. This has influenced the entire course of my life so far, having taken great interest in researching games as a social tool in university and allowed me to take part in so many amazing communities online and in-person. I am a fan of all sorts of games and genres: MMOs like Final Fantasy XIV, old-school shooters like Quake, Doom, and Half Life, fighting games, as well as sandbox games like Garry’s Mod, Fortnite, and Minecraft.

Outside of Gaming online I also play a lot of tabletop games, Primarily Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, having attended multiple tournaments and enjoying the anime series. I also love the Gundam anime series and build a lot of plastic model kits. I enjoy a lot of other variety anime, watching live streamers, going on dog walks and listening to different kinds of Music.

I’m really excited to be working for Mindjam, as it is something I so badly wish existed when I was young. But I hope I can pay it forward and support so many others! Thank you for reading, I look forward to working with you.
